My mother and grandmother had kitchen witches in our homes, I found a vintage kit and decided to ask if anyone would like a Kitchen Witch, so here I am. I love the story that goes with her, don’t think there’s enough room but I’ll include a photo.. I collect Baba Yaga/witch beads, this would be a perfect addition.
Based on the vintage kitchen witch I bought years ago, a wonderful flying witch on her broom. She keeps pots from boiling over and other culinary disasters from happening if hung in the kitchen. As a bead, we hope the same holds true, a good luck charm as we cook or do anything magical. Perched on her broom, kerchief on her head, prominent proboscis, wispy tendrils of hair blown back as she rides. Perhaps a dangle will work.
