I have faced health challenges amongst other things the last 4 years, sometimes it is easy to get sacked into the negative energy surrounding us. I would love for this bead to be made so I can wear it :) and hopefully it will help others too!
The self love bead is for the moments you need reminding how special and important you are. We all face challenges in life that can cause self doubt, negative intrusive thoughts, low self esteem amongst many other things.
This bead has little scrolls with positive words to encourage positive thoughts and reassurance. The words on the scrolls can be changed, I have just put some examples.
