I LOVE Pumpkins. Pumpkins... who doesn't love pumpkins!! They don't only have to be reserved for Halloween; they can be enjoyed all year round. Think of the warm pumpkin scones like Grandma used to make and that bowl of hearty pumpkin soup on a cold winters day.. yum! What about those mischievous mice in the garden inspecting the crop before harvest time... you'll have to be quick to beat them to it. How about the fun and anticipation of growing a giant cattle pumpkin to enter in the local country show (county fair).
