1. Designing / Sketching

Every masterpiece begins with an idea. Our designers work closely with you to create detailed sketches—by hand or digitally—capturing your vision down to the smallest detail.

2. Wax Carving / 3D Modeling

Traditional wax carving or cutting-edge 3D modeling brings your design into the physical world. This step ensures precision and allows for adjustments before production begins.

3. Wax Injection / 3D Printing

The approved design is transformed into a wax prototype. For traditional methods, wax is injected into molds; for modern techniques, 3D printers create resin models with flawless accuracy.

4. Casting

The wax model is encased in a heat-resistant mold, then replaced with your chosen metal (gold, silver, etc.) through lost-wax casting. The result? A raw piece of your jewelry, ready for refinement.

5. Finishing

Artisans hand-finish each piece: polishing surfaces to a mirror shine, setting gemstones, and adding textures or engravings. This step ensures luxury-grade quality.
